Michigan State was one of two teams in the Big Ten and nine in the NCAA to average more than 200 yards rushing and passing, fulfilling coach Mark Dantonio’s goal of a balanced offense.
Now the Spartans must replace one of their most significant contributors to that offense after wide receiver Devin Thomas decided this weekend that he would skip his senior season to enter the NFL draft.
