About the Speaker
Shannon Small is an Executive Coach who specializes in leadership development and career growth. She spends her time helping people realize their own potential and helping organizations reap the benefits of having employees who are both engaged and effective. Shannon currently works with individuals ranging from students at Stanford Graduate School of Business, to organizational leaders ranging in title from Director to CEO, in a variety of industries. She has worked with employees of HP, Xerox, IBM, eBay, Goldman Sachs, Wachovia, Leap Frog, SAP, Zynga, and Blurb, to name a few.
Shannon is also a proud Big 10 Alum from Northwestern who occasionally wears a Big 10 Championship ring to prove it. Shannon was an Academic and Athletic All-American student-athlete at Northwestern University as an undergraduate and earned her M.B.A. at Yale.
